1. Must be 14 years or older

2. Each entry should fit in a 12 x 12 format: 3-D art must fit within a 12 x 12 x 12 cube, 2-Dimensional art must be 12” x 12”.

3. All art must be primarily in black and white, and reflect some aspect of the Maltese Falcon, the 1930’s, Dashiell Hammett, or film noir.

4. All media, except that which might attract bugs, are acceptable.

5. Art must be submitted no later than Feb. 22 and will be exhibited in the Museum’s Elisabeth S. Hakkinen Gallery until April 3.

6. Judging will take place on Feb. 23.

7. Cash Prizes will be awarded in a number of categories.

8. People’s Choice Awards will be made by ballot vote. Voting starts Feb 26 and closes March 26.

9. Artists may pick up their art work any time after April 2.
